Real-time firmographic and technographic enrichment
Salmon pulls funding signals, headcount delta, and tech-stack changes the moment a lead submits a form — sub-300ms from three parallel data sources.
How enrichment happens in under 300ms
Three parallel queries. One webhook trigger. We measure 287ms p95 in our production environment — your actual latency will vary by enrichment depth and CRM write round-trip, but the order-of-magnitude difference from overnight batch stays the same.
Form submit fires webhook
Your Salesforce or HubSpot form sends a webhook to Salmon's enrichment endpoint the moment a visitor submits. No polling, no scheduled batch. The trigger is the submission itself.
Three data sources queried in parallel
Salmon queries funding data, headcount signals, and tech-stack intelligence simultaneously — not in sequence. Total enrichment time is the slowest single source, not the sum of all three.
CRM record updated, scoring triggered
Enriched fields are written back to Salesforce custom fields or HubSpot contact properties. Your ICP scoring model runs immediately on the enriched data, before the lead enters any rep's queue.
Six signal types per enriched record
Each enrichment pulls the signals that matter most to B2B RevOps teams — not generic data, but the exact context an SDR needs to open a conversation.
Funding recency
Latest funding round, amount, and months elapsed — flags fresh capital available for new tools.
Headcount delta
Headcount velocity over 30, 90, and 180-day windows — growth signals correlate with budget expansion.
Installed tech stack
Current CRM, marketing automation, and data tools — lets SDRs lead with stack-specific positioning.
LinkedIn company data
Industry, follower count, recent hires in RevOps or Sales leadership — buying committee signals.
Job posting velocity
Open roles in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Engineering — indicates investment in the function your tool serves.
ABM intent tier
Aggregated intent signal across the account — combined with firmographic fit to surface high-urgency leads.
94% match rate on B2B email domains
When a B2B company email domain enters the enrichment queue, Salmon finds a match 94% of the time across funding, headcount, and tech-stack signals. Match rates are measured across production volume — funded companies match at 98%, enterprise domains (50+ employees) at 97%, SMB domains at 91%.
For the 6% that don't match — personal email domains, newly-registered domains, holding company structures — Salmon returns a structured partial enrichment response with per-signal confidence indicators. Your scoring model receives the response and can apply a fallback ICP tier rather than silently dropping the record.
