Your Salesforce Flow or HubSpot Workflow reads the sln_fit_tier__c (Salesforce) or salmon_fit_tier (HubSpot) field value and sends a webhook to Outreach to enroll the prospect in the mapped sequence. Salmon writes the signal; your CRM owns the routing decision.
