Install the Salmon managed package
A one-click managed package installs the Salmon custom fields, page layout additions, and webhook configuration directly into your Salesforce org. No sandbox required — installs to production. AppExchange listing includes permission set for data access control.
Configure the webhook endpoint
Copy your Salmon API key from the dashboard and paste it into the managed package configuration screen in Salesforce Setup. Choose which Web-to-Lead forms or Salesforce form handlers trigger enrichment — you can start with one form and expand later.
Map fields and activate assignment rules
Review the default field mappings (Salmon's custom fields to your Lead object) and customize if needed. Update your Lead Assignment Rules to trigger on sln_fit_tier__c values. Submit a test lead — enrichment results appear in seconds.
Salesforce fields Salmon writes on every enrichment
All 11 fields are Salmon-namespaced custom fields (sln__ prefix). Zero conflict with your existing Lead or Contact standard fields. Your Admin can add any of these to page layouts or use them in Assignment Rule criteria without writing Apex.
