Slack alerts for high-fit inbound leads

Set a fit-tier threshold in the Salmon dashboard. When an inbound lead scores Strong (or above any threshold you set), Salmon sends a formatted Slack alert to your designated channel — company name, ICP score, funding stage, headcount delta, CRM stack, enrichment latency. The rep sees it before the record finishes writing to Salesforce.

Alert configuration

Configure score threshold, choose your channel

One-time setup in the Salmon dashboard. Set which ICP fit tiers trigger a Slack alert and which Slack channel receives each tier.

1

Connect Slack workspace

Click "Connect Slack" in the Salmon dashboard and complete the standard Slack OAuth flow. Salmon requests only webhook permissions — no message-reading access.

2

Set threshold and channel routing

Choose which ICP tiers send alerts (e.g., Strong only, or Strong + Moderate) and map each tier to the appropriate Slack channel. Route Strong to #inbound-hot, Moderate to #inbound-pipeline.

3

Alerts fire automatically

Every high-fit inbound form submission triggers an enriched Slack alert in seconds. The alert includes company name, ICP score, funding stage, headcount delta, and tech stack — everything a rep needs to prioritize the follow-up.
