We build the real-time data infrastructure that keeps CRM teams one step ahead.
Before Salmon Labs, our founding team ran data infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company in Miami. Every day, the same problem: CRM records were hours behind reality. Sales reps called customers about deals that had already closed. Marketing campaigns fired on stale lifecycle data. Customer success teams missed churn signals until it was too late.
We tried every existing solution. Batch ETL tools added pipelines but not speed. Reverse ETL platforms helped with warehouses but couldn't touch sub-second latency. Event streaming platforms required months of engineering work to connect to a CRM. None of them were built for this specific problem.
So in 2023, we built Salmon Labs — a purpose-built real-time data engine for the CRM use case. One product, one problem, solved properly. Today our platform processes over 500 million events per day for teams that can't afford to operate on yesterday's data.
Three principles that guide every technical and product decision we make.
Sub-100ms latency is not a marketing claim — it's an SLA. We architect every layer of the system to protect that number and hold ourselves accountable to it contractually.
Fast is worthless if it's wrong. Our conflict detection, ordered delivery, and event replay capabilities exist because we believe speed and correctness are not a tradeoff — they're both required.
We don't lock you in. Our connectors use standard protocols, our event schema is documented, and you can export your full event history at any time. Your data is yours.
