Salmon Labs Raises Seed Round from Bread and Butter Ventures

Today, Salmon Labs is proud to announce the closing of our seed round, led by Bread and Butter Ventures. This investment accelerates our mission to build the definitive real-time data engine for CRM teams.

Why We Built Salmon Labs

When our founding team was running data infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company, we encountered the same problem every week: the CRM was always a few hours behind reality. Deals that had closed were still showing as open. Customers who had churned were receiving expansion outreach. Product signals that should have triggered immediate action were sitting in a queue waiting for the next batch run.

We looked for a solution purpose-built for sub-second CRM sync from a production database. We did not find one. So we built it.

What We Are Building

Salmon Labs is a real-time data engine purpose-built for CRM sync. We tap directly into database transaction logs using Change Data Capture, transform events in memory using a zero-copy architecture, and deliver to your CRM in under 100 milliseconds. No staging tables, no batch jobs, no data loss.

Our platform supports 40 plus CRM connectors including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho, with schema auto-detection that adapts to your database changes without manual intervention.
